Responsibilities

• Underwrites consumer loans up to assigned limits and approves subordinate decisions.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates branch staff performance.
• Maintains communications with main office and submits standard reports.
• Develops and maintains community and school partner relationships.
• Represents product knowledge and ensures compliance with policies.
• Leads weekly branch staff meetings to review sales and service goals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
