Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of direct Credit Union/Banking or retail experience is preferred.

• Ability to work in an open-concept workspace/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet Shell FCU service commitments and uphold the Shell FCU Employee Creed and Service Distinctions.
• Assist with teller operational functions, including ATM, vault, cashboxes, logs, and teller audits.
• Be flexible and capable of performing all branch duties; cover openings and closings as needed.
• Process and submit monthly end-of-month reports.
• First point of contact for member concerns; preserve member relationships with prompt solutions.
