Job summary

Park Community Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in New Albany to lead branch staff, drive member-centric service, and ensure operational excellence. You will coach the team, monitor branch production, and participate in hiring and training to strengthen relationships with members and the community.

You will collaborate with Retail Operations to keep reporting accurate and maintain compliance with credit union policies.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent training or certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for conflict resolution and member interactions.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring or supervising staff is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, motivate and coach branch staff to meet service standards.
• Assist in hiring, training and evaluating employees within the branch.
• Represent the branch in community relations and maintain communications with Retail Operations.
• Prepare and submit standard reports and attend management meetings as needed.
• Ensure branch activities comply with policies, procedures and security standards.
