Job summary

The Austin Branch Manager for Toyota Lift of South Texas is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves supervising staff, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with Toyota Lift of South Texas standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have proven experience leading a branch or similar operation.
• Experience in sales, customer service, operations management, and technician leadership is required.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory if qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations including sales, service, parts and admin.
• Meet financial and operational targets and manage budgets/forecasts.
• Recruit, train and supervise branch staff and service technicians.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Plan local marketing and promotional activities and report branch performance.
