• Strong knowledge of FAIRWINDS products and lending procedures.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving in member inquiries.
• Goal-oriented with track record in sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Foster a coaching-focused environment to develop the team and meet service, lending, and product penetration goals.
• Serve as a loan officer and interviewer, processing applications and educating members on lending solutions.
• Open new accounts and guide on FAIRWINDS products for a one-stop experience for members.
• Support cross-selling and relationship-building strategies to increase member engagement.
• Assist in strategic branch planning and development of business lending initiatives to grow relationships.
• Lead or support key branch operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
