Job summary

You will build trust, promote online and mobile tools, and grow member relationships while supporting branch goals. Prior banking and lending experience are required, along with a passion for helping members achieve financial freedom.

Qualifications

• Experience in a member-facing role with strong customer service skills.
• Previous banking experience required.
• Previous lending experience in a financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to resource for members by handling teller and platform transactions accurately.
• Open new accounts and recommend products/services based on members' needs and goals.
• Build trust and deepen relationships through consultative conversations to support financial goals.
• Promote deposit accounts, loans, investments, and digital banking tools.
