Open new accounts, recommend products, and guide members through personal loans, deposits, and digital tools. You will build trust through consultative conversations and help members achieve lasting financial wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending and member-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and recommend products based on member needs.
• Build trust through consultative conversations for long-term financial success.
• Proactively refer deposit accounts, loans, investments, and digital banking tools.
• Generate loan opportunities through inbound, outbound, and referrals.
• Support customer service needs and issue resolution.
• Promote self-service tools like online banking and mobile apps.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and cash custody.
• Maintain compliance with policies and security protocols.
