Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an Associate Branch Manager III to lead a client-focused team at the Lodi branch. Training will begin at a neighboring branch before the new Lodi location opens, with guidance from the Branch Manager.

You will drive service quality, staff coaching, and branch performance while maintaining compliance and delivering trusted financial solutions to members in California.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience within a retail environment or financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line.
• Manages, directs and supervises day to day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Train and coach employees on sound operational and compliance requirements across all areas of the branch.
• Create and maintain staff scheduling that aligns with meeting branch member service demands.
• Assist Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on opportunities and promote products and services.
