Senior Helpers is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local home care business, balancing operational leadership with business development. You will build a high-performing team, ensure exceptional client service, and drive revenue and billable-hours growth.

This role requires ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a track record of developing people while expanding community referrals and maintaining high care standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for team performance and business results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and supervise staff and caregivers.
• Develop referral relationships and grow weekly billable hours and revenue.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, client care, sales, and administration.
• Coach, train, and hold staff accountable to expectations.
• Partner with ownership on priorities, staffing, and growth initiatives.
