Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day operations of our local home care business. You will build a high-performing team, maintain excellent client service, develop referral relationships, and drive revenue and billable-hour growth.

This role requires ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on leadership across operations, sales, and client care. Join a growing organization with opportunities for expanded responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Three or more years of experience in operations, management, home care, home health, healthcare, staffing, or a related service business strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience with responsibility for team performance and business results strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
• Results-oriented with a high level of personal accountability.
• Ability to identify issues proactively rather than waiting for problems to elevate.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, scheduling systems, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to develop partnerships and gain commitment from employees, referral partners, clients, and community organizations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and create accountability within a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with ownership.
• Home care, home health, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or multi-location service-business experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and provide consistent leadership to office staff and caregivers.
• Develop referral relationships with key partners and centers of influence.
• Grow weekly billable service hours and branch revenue.
• Ensure branch operations comply with applicable laws and maintain client and caregiver relationships.
• Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to expectations.
• Collaborate with ownership on priorities, staffing decisions, and growth initiatives.
