Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• No Degree required; combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance and revenue growth.
• Drive customer loyalty through consultative interactions and omni-channel solutions.
• Coach and develop branch team members to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Manage risk and compliance; oversee onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain talent to build a high-performing branch team.
