You will recruit, mentor, and coach staff, manage branch infrastructure, and align operations with strategic goals to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in financial sales.
• 3+ years financial services management helpful.
• Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses required; CFP highly preferred.
• Brokerage and mutual fund knowledge for financial planning.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor and develop branch associates.
• Strong collaboration, productivity improvement, and cross‑company partnership skills.
• Commitment to integrity and customer-centric client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Fidelity branch team and guide local market education.
• Drive branch performance through talent development and operational excellence.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach associates to strengthen capabilities.
• Oversee branch infrastructure, lobby, back-office processing, and QA.
• Develop and execute strategies for growth, associate development, and client experiences.
