Fidelity is seeking a Branch Leader to guide a local Investor Center, driving branch performance through talent development and operational excellence. The role involves recruiting, mentoring, and coaching associates to build a high-performing team and ensure exceptional client experiences.

You will oversee branch infrastructure, lobby operations, and back-office processes while aligning with national initiatives to grow local business and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in financial sales role.
• 3+ years of financial services management is helpful.
• Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses required; CFP highly preferred.
• All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning.
• Contagious enthusiasm for hiring, mentoring, and developing new branch associates.
• Ability to coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships.
