You will manage operations, coach a team, and uphold risk controls in a fast‑paced retail banking environment. The role requires 2+ years of management experience in retail banking, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching track record in a fast‑paced retail banking environment.
• Proven ability to manage deposits, investments, and branch operations.
• Commitment to risk management and policy adherence.
• Wamiliarity with Chase technology and customer solutions.
