Qualifications

• Leadership experience at a branch level or equivalent
• Coaching and empowering employees to achieve results
• Ability to organize competing priorities in a fast-paced branch
• Strong decision-making skills with sound judgment
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment
• Ability to educate and connect team, partners, and clients with technology
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
• You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
• You’ll need to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
