Job summary

You will manage operations, build client trust, and strengthen community ties while maintaining a strong risk and control framework. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a proven leadership record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership to coach and empower employees.
• Experience building relationships with local businesses and community.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrations to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and community engagement.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following policies and protecting our clients and company.
