JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch to lead and manage all branch operations, deposits, investments, and team development. You will foster a welcoming culture, deliver attentive service, and leverage technology to provide cutting-edge financial solutions to clients.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience in retail banking, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership to coach and empower employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Demonstrated decision-making and risk-aware mindset.
• Experience building a strong risk/control environment and adherence to policies.
