Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• Strong math skills for credit and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and sales function of a larger volume branch or stand-alone banking centers.
• Leads the team to ensure an exceptional customer and team member experience.
• Maintains a position of trust by keeping information confidential and compliant with policies.
• Identifies opportunities to expand deposits, loans, and cross-sell bank products.
