Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Chase Branch, delivering attentive service and a welcoming environment for clients and employees. You will grow deposits and investments, oversee operations, and coach the team for success while upholding our culture of hospitality and integrity.

The role requires weekend/evening hours, leadership experience, and commitment to compliance and branch performance. Training and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to complete Branch Manager Training Program.
• May require NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act.
• Strong leadership to coach and empower employees and grow the team.
• Desire to leverage technology to serve clients and partners.
