Job summary

Columbia Bank in St. Helena, CA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the bank of choice in the local community.

You will drive growth by developing new relationships and expanding existing ones, while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to policy. The role is onsite at 1065 Main Street, 1st Floor, St. Helena, CA 94574.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service and grow the branch portfolio.
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, expenses, and staffing within guidelines.
• Maintain audit readiness through sound operational practices.
• Partner with Retail and bank leadership to deliver client solutions aligned with strategy.
• Develop long-term relationships with consumers, businesses, and community figures.
