Job summary

Columbia Bank in St. Helena, CA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the local banking choice.

You will oversee P&L, growth targets, risk controls, and staff development, while partnering with Retail leadership to provide tailored financial solutions to consumers and small businesses. This on-site role requires community involvement and a commitment to diversity and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination
• Experience managing a team and overseeing branch operations and staffing
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service and meet growth goals
• Own branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio management and expense controls
• Maintain audit readiness through sound operational practices
• Partner with Retail and cross-functional leaders to deliver client solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations
• Uphold the bank’s core values in daily activities and leadership responsibilities
