Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to reach branch goals and ensure daily operational excellence.
• Supervise and coach tellers; assist in personal banking activities as needed.
• Process branch transactions and oversee wire transfers, overdraft monitoring, and branch controls.
• Build strong relationships with customers and refer to appropriate departments.
