Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck Dealership and Leasing group. The Branch Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the MHC Kenworth-Greeley branch in Colorado, directing department managers and aligning plans with company goals.

This role emphasizes profitability, policy enforcement, staff development, and customer relations in a safety-conscious environment.

Formación

• Requires previous management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of branch operations.
• Prefer direct truck sales experience.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires strong leadership ability and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the branch.
• Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for assigned branch.
• Ensures policies and objectives are understood and applied throughout the branch.
• Formulates annual/monthly business plan, sales/profit objectives and expense budgets.
• Develops merchandising strategies with department managers to achieve objectives.
• Ensures the branch complies with local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintains communications within and between departments; holds conferences as required.
• Develops and trains managers; reviews performance and recommends compensation adjustments.
• Promotes safe work habits and ensures safety rules are followed.
