Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group. We are seeking a Branch Manager for MHC Kenworth-Hickory to oversee daily branch operations and direct profit centers through department managers.

Responsibilities include developing annual plans, monitoring performance, recruiting and coaching staff, maintaining customer relations, ensuring safety, and enforcing company policies to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• Requires previous management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of branch operations.
• Prefer direct truck sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires strong leadership ability and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Direct and control branch profit centers through department managers.
• Develop annual plans, sales objectives and budgets with department managers.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate department managers and staff.
• Maintain customer relations and handle major accounts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and safety rules.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure safety protocols are followed.
