Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives by aligning branch plans with corporate objectives to expand market presence.
• Maximize operational effectiveness by assessing branch operations and applying best practices to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Direct the branch's financial functions, including P&L management and budgeting, to boost profitability.
• Lead sales growth by crafting and executing strategic sales plans and building strong customer relationships.
• Enhance customer experience through a customer-focused approach and partnership with key customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and guide a high-performing team, promote inclusivity, and plan talent development and succession.
