You will manage P&L, recruit and coach staff, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure service excellence, and implement new procedures.

This full-time role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of management experience in sales or retail, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years' management experience in sales, warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, training, and leading a branch or retail showroom sales team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate staff.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• P&L accountability and budgeting; manage finances to target.
• Drive team to achieve annual and monthly sales/revenue goals.
• Oversee inventory integrity and accuracy.
• Handle escalated customer requests as needed.
• Ensure efficient, expedient service by all personnel.
• Manage attendance; coach and counsel employees to reflect standards.
• Create expectations; lead staff and manage processes.
• Ensure cash handling and operations follow policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Optimize the display area for sales and usability.
• Introduce and implement new procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular staff meetings; evaluate performance via reviews.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to assess local employment market.
• Ensure adherence to policies to mitigate risk.
