Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and manage staff at the Mableton, GA location. You will be responsible for daily office functions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring profitability; lead with ethics, coach staff, and demonstrate customer experience excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and inventory skills, plus experience in recruiting and developing a high-energy branch team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ strong management experience in sales, warehouse and inventory management.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, training, and leading a branch or retail showroom sales team.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop staff.
• Enjoy working in busy, fast paced, high energy environment.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal staff.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• P&L accountability – managing finances to an agreed-budgeted P&L.
• Drive team to achieve annual and monthly sales/revenue goals.
• Oversee and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory.
• Active involvement with escalated customer requests as needed.
• Ensure customers receive efficient, expedient service by all personnel.
• Manage attendance, coach and counsel employees to reflect company standards and procedures.
• Create expectations, lead staff, and manage processes.
• Ensure operations and cash handling comply with policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Manage display area to optimize sales and ease of usage.
• Introduce and implement new procedures and policies within the branch.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Evaluate staff performance through employee reviews.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on local employment market strategies.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies to mitigate risk.
