Job summary

Bankstar Financial is seeking a Branch Manager for the Lake Norden area to lead the Lake Norden branch's operations, people, and customer relationships. You will provide strategic direction and hands-on management of staff, deposits, and lending activities to drive growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, setting goals and budgets with the Market President, originating and underwriting various loan types, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and staff to ensure efficient daily performance.
• Oversee retail banking functions including teller services and deposits.

• Develop and coach staff; manage performance and compensation with HR.
• Drive business development through customer calls, community involvement, and in-branch campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and CRA requirements; monitor lending processes.
• Set department goals and budgets with Market President; monitor sales and financial results.
