Job summary

Rexel USA in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Branch Manager Trainee to oversee profitable and safe branch operations. You will learn all aspects of the branch, manage budgets, drive sales initiatives, and lead staff to achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership, inventory and delivery coordination, and familiarity with ERP tools. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience required.
• 1+ years of leadership experience required.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Sales and operations experience in electrical distribution or similar B2B industry.
• Experience in building and managing teams; P&L experience preferred.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability and safety while leading staff.
• Learn and manage branch operations in line with corporate goals.
• Oversee budgeting, sales initiatives, and asset controls.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ensure inventory control and timely deliveries as needed.
• Support branch security, safety standards, and staff training.
