Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive financial services leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Ability to drive branch growth, operate a P&L, and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Invest in client experience and culture of advice across the branch.
• Own the branch P&L and drive deposit growth, lending, and fee income.
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver performance.
• Maintain compliance with CRA, BSA/AML, OFAC and Regulation E.
