Job summary

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, banking exposure, and proven team management. You will recruit, coach, and evaluate staff, ensuring high customer service and strict adherence to risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales, service, control and management of human resources.
• Manage staff to ensure clear work priorities and high customer service.
• Execute planning and budgeting activities to meet branch annual goals.
• Conduct daily huddles and communicate goals, strategies and expectations to staff.
• Monitor performance to meet branch metrics and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch controls and compliance to manage risk and audit ratings.
• Identify training needs and career progression; supervise evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead recruitment for sales and operations staff and onboarding.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
