The role emphasizes building a culture of advisory banking, coaching colleagues to engage across the product suite, and delivering branch growth through relationships and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive financial services experience with a client-facing role and some supervision/oversight.
• Ability to elevate team performance and deliver service standards across the branch.
• Knowledge of retail banking regulations including BSA/AML, CRA, OFAC and Regulation E.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with direct, specific feedback.
• Sound judgment under pressure and willingness to lead when needed.
• NMLS registration required within 30 days of hire; availability for weekend/evening hours.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent banking experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Hold the client experience standard at the frontline level and ensure professional service.
• Model advisory approach on the floor and treat every interaction as a relationship.
• Drive Moments That Matter for clients through memorable, meaningful service.
• Position digital tools as a routine part of client conversations and coaching.
• Track client satisfaction and surface patterns to the Branch Manager.
• Own daily production while managing branch operations and deposits growth.
