Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee district operations, guide management, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will lead staffing, delegate key responsibilities, and drive program implementation across the branch to hit growth and profitability goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of branch leadership, strong financial analysis, and willingness to travel with on-call duties. A valid license and background check are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Available to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team for smooth branch flow.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the district management team.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to meet goals.
• Provide support and auditing to operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
