Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Minimum 5–7 years in Branch Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong attention to detail and relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability and deliver legendary customer experiences.
- Interview applicants and select top candidates; monitor staffing needs.
- Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations, sales and office teams.
- Drive the implementation of programs by motivating district management.
- Review district indicators; identify issues and coach teams to improve performance.
