Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Branch Manager in Duluth, GA to lead the district, develop the management team, and drive growth, profitability, and legendary customer experiences. You will interview candidates, plan staffing, and implement company initiatives while supporting operations and service teams.

You’ll analyze financial performance, travel as needed, and maintain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pest control industry a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Interview job applicants and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management teams.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives within the district.
• Provide coaching based on operational and organizational objectives.
