Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, develop the management team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will drive staffing, program implementation, and performance reviews across the branch while coordinating with operations and sales leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years in a branch leadership role, and a background in management, sales, or customer-facing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required; pass background screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Interview applicants and manage staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to operations and service teams.
• Drive program implementation with district leadership.
• Review district performance and coach teams to improve operations.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership.
