The branch leadership role at Truist oversees all branch activities, driving performance through coaching and client relationship management. The position emphasizes small business and affluent client development within a strong risk and compliance framework.

You’ll manage staffing, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to Truist policies while representing the branch in community efforts. This role requires leadership and people skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, and successful NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsabilités

• Promote positive public image and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development in Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Lead branch revenue growth through client engagement and prospecting.
• Engage with civic and professional groups to develop new business and Truist Brand.
• Oversee human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and risk controls.
