Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Able to build and maintain relationships within the business community including participation with community organizations and community projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee branch operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Expand and retain bank customer relationships and solicit new relationships from prospective customers.
• Represent the bank as a community partner and participate in local events and activities.
• Collaborate with treasury, mortgage, commercial lenders and marketing to ensure seamless service.
