Nicolet National Bank in Sister Bay, WI is seeking a Personal Banker I who serves as a trusted financial advisor, helping new customers join the bank and strengthening existing relationships across branches.

You will conduct needs-based conversations, support deposit and loan account openings, process transactions, and refer clients to mortgage, commercial banking, or wealth specialists to ensure a seamless financial experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service/cash handling; banking preferred.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Needs-based sales and referral capability.
• Knowledge of deposits, digital banking, and consumer lending.
• Proficiency with systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a highly personalized and consultative customer experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Conduct deeper financial conversations to understand needs and recommend deposit, lending, and digital solutions.
• Open and service consumer and small business deposit and loan accounts; maintain documentation.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, checks, and related transactions.
• Refer customers to internal specialists to ensure a comprehensive financial experience.
• Meet and exceed sales, service, and referral goals.
• Educate customers on loan options and assist with applications.
• Adhere to regulations and support teller and vault operations.
• Represent Nicolet in community outreach.
