Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States who will build and execute business plans to win new clients, grow the bottom line, and lead a branch team. You will manage P&L, recruiting, training, and performance to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You’ll standardize processes, set pay and bill rates, conduct monthly reviews, and develop recruitment strategies with local partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work.
• Direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Lead branch team; coaching, development, and performance.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs.
• Develop revenue/expense forecasts and budgets.
• Set pay and bill rates; monitor client requirements and SLAs.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and drive continuous improvement.
