Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of retail banking experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service background in retail or banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Tellers; supervise staff.
• Process and oversee transactions, account openings, and loan applications.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer clients to relevant departments.
• Ensure branch meets operating standards and passes audits.
• Open new accounts and gather credit information as needed.
