Job summary

Columbia Bank in Payette, Idaho, seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional client service. You will manage P&L, risk, and daily operations while coaching staff and building community relationships.

You will oversee lending activities, ensure compliance with banking laws, and engage with local organizations to promote the bank’s presence in the region. This onsite role emphasizes strong leadership and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership, coaching, supervision, and hiring/termination preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products with business acumen to solve consumer and small business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver Breakthrough Client Service and grow branch relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and expenses while meeting growth targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and to act as Bank MLO for open-end mortgages as required.
