Qualifications

• Minimum five years in financial sales
• Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is preferred
• Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, and you must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire
• Background in relationship management and a deep understanding of financial services
• Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities
• Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others
• Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales and service associates preparing to advance to branch leadership
• Collaborate with senior management on branch strategy and growth initiatives
• Coordinate branch operations, ensure compliance, and resolve customer concerns
