Qualifications

• Experience in leadership of branch banking operations and driving revenue through customer-centric solutions.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in a bank environment.
• Notary Public eligibility or ability to obtain notary status in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue, and enhance customer loyalty across omni-channel banking.
• Coach and develop branch team to deliver a differentiated client experience and strong risk controls.
• Utilize branded sales processes to achieve targets and grow share-of-wallet with consumer and business clients.
