United Community Banks Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Newnan, GA to lead a full-service branch. You will drive growth, nurture customer relationships, and guide a team to meet sales and service goals while ensuring operational excellence.

The role requires banking experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage and develop staff; travel up to 25% may be required to support community initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• Consumer/Residential lending experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee branch management, growth and profitability.
• Cross-trained on all functions within the branch.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff.
• Use reports and resources to maximize results.
• Maximize branch revenues and customer satisfaction while minimizing losses.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, disciplining, and rewarding staff; coach performance.
• Communicate and monitor goals to staff.
• Assist in creating and maintaining branch business plans.
• Proactively participate in business development to grow the branch.
• Perform business calling and sales programs.
• Monitor sales activities using 360 View.
• Develop and maintain a diversified loan and deposit portfolio.
