Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience leading a team in sales, service and operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and refer to bank areas to meet needs.
• Lead the team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify and present sales and service opportunities using available tools and technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies and educate team.
• Develop community relationships and internal partnerships to drive business.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to ensure staff aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
• Demonstrate acumen in banking, investments, consumer/business lending and sales leadership.
