Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a staff of bankers with an assigned book of business.
• Lead branch sales, service and operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop referrals to partners and deepen customer relationships.
• Oversee recruitment to ensure staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
