Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all aspects of a full-service branch. You will coach staff, drive sales and service, manage operations, and build relationships with customers and the local community to meet budgeted goals.

The role requires strong leadership, banking knowledge, and the ability to recruit, develop, and retain great talent while complying with policies and OCR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role.
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Exempt status: not eligible for overtime; work as a branch leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and deepen relationships.
• Lead the team to deliver sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to meet needs and drive growth.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to ensure branch staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business and community engagement.
