The position requires 3+ years in sales, a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle, recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for informed choices.
• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements to deliver timely service.
