Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Consumer Finance experience.
• Relocation willingness for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to maximize branch profitability.
• Manage branch P&L and drive loan growth while overseeing portfolio.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Coordinate staffing with Recruiting and District Supervisors.
• Approve and close loans and manage collections as needed.
